BIOGRAPHY

Daniel completed his articles at a busy uptown litigation and real estate practice. During this time, he completed a secondment at  a medicinal marihuana specialty firm, where he studied and provided guidance to licence applicants on the newly introduced Marihuana for Medicinal Purposes Regulations (MMPR).

Daniel currently provides legal advice in the area of copyright and trademark law, start-ups, and cannabis.

Daniel has a background in Mechanical Engineering, a discipline that encourages thoughtful examination of a problem, analytical thinking, and creative problem solving.
